If you’ll be more than 5 minutes late, please call us at 403‑609‑7100. We’ll do our best to adjust if our schedule allows. If we’re unable to proceed with your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply and must be settled before booking again.

Sunburn or skin condition?

Your safety comes first. If you arrive with a sunburn or another condition that makes treatment unsafe, we may need to reschedule. In that case, a cancellation fee will apply and must be settled before future bookings. For details, please review your consent and care form in the client portal, and reach out with any questions before your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice by phone or email. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
