Changed your mind about a product purchase? Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your products. We will credit (not refund) the amount of your purchase towards another product or service purchase. The product must be returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Is your product defective? We will exchange or refund a product with a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. broken pump). Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your products. The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
We enforce the product return policy strictly. The credit, exchange, or refund will apply upon the return of the product within the specified timeframe. Products are sold up to 60 days of expiry.

BHT Check Up Policy - To ensure the highest standard of care and proper management of all testing under Dr C’s supervision, the BHT Check-Up fee of $375 must be pre-paid prior to scheduling your check-up appointment.
Once your lab requisitions have been issued and sent to you, no refunds can be provided. At that point, the diagnostic process has begun and resources—including physician review, preparation, and test coordination—have already been allocated on your behalf.
