Dr. Alina Constantin
Dr. Constantin is passionate about helping women and men become their best self at every age. She has been caring for patients in the Bow Valley since 2005 and opened Three Sisters Laser Clinic in 2018 to provide specialized services for women’s gynecological health - MonaLisa Touch. She is trained in MD Codes injection techniques and loves to help her patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Since 2020, Dr Constantin has immersed herself in learning the latest science on hormone replacement therapy. She trained under World Class Leader, Dr. Neal Rouzier, at the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine by Worldlink Medical to fully understand Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. She now delivers science-based integrative western and preventive medicine to help her patients address symptoms, improve quality of life, and prevent disease.

Lindsay | Derm Nurse + Laser Tech
Lindsay is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a clinical background in Dermatology and Primary Care.
She pairs her medical and laser expertise with a caring approach—supporting patients through every step of their unique BeYOUtiful wellness journey.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay finds peace and inspiration in the solitude of the mountains, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her pup.
Erica | Medical Office Administrator
We’re happy to have Erica as our Office Administrator. With over ten years of office experience, her background knowledge and skill set ensures that the clinic always runs smoothly and efficiently. Her passion towards detail and customer service creates a patient experience that is both effortless and personable.
When not at work Erica finds joy in exploring the valley camping with her family or unwinding at a local yoga class.
